Terms and Conditions of Entry
"The Dees Club x LEGO Australia giveaway" (Promotion)
1. Information on how to enter and prize information form part of these conditions of entry (Terms and Conditions of Entry).
2. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
3. The Promotion is a game of Chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners.
4. The entrant is responsible for ensuring their familiarity with the Terms and Conditions of Entry at the time of participation. The Promoter’s decision not to enforce a specific restriction (whether communicated to an entrant or not) does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of the Terms and Conditions of Entry generally.
5. All entrants acknowledge that the Promoters can rely on these Terms and Conditions of Entry even if the Promoters only learn of an entrant’s ineligibility after the Promoters have awarded a prize to the ineligible entrant. Return of the prize or payment of its equivalent value to the Promoters may be required by the Promoters if this occurs.
6. The Promoters decision in relation to any aspect of these Terms and Conditions of Entry and the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. The Promoters are Melbourne Football Club Limited (ACN 005 686 902) Level 3, Great Southern Stand, Melbourne Cricket Ground, Brunton Avenue, Jolimont, Victoria, Australia and LEGO Australia (42 001 540 914) Level 3, 5 Blue Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060, Australia.
PROMOTION PERIOD
8. The Promotion will commence at 9:00am AEST on 19.06.2025 and end at 11:59pm AEST on 20.12.2025.
WHO CAN ENTER
9. Entry is open to Melbourne Football Club fans excluding directors, management, employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters and third parties associated with this Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin.
HOW TO ENTER
10. To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) Click on the lead generation advertisement; and
(b) Read through the Terms and Conditions of Entry for the Promotion.
(c) Fully complete and submit the online Promotion entry form on the Promotion Website https://tradablebits.com/tb_app/521919 including:
· all personal details required on the online promotion entry form: and
· agreeing to be contacted with regards to the Promoter’s future promotional and marketing initiatives; and
· indicating their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry (Eligible Entry).
11. Eligible Entrants may enter the Promotion once during the Promotion Period only.
12. If an Eligible Entrant submits an entry:
(a) Which complies with these Terms and Conditions of Entry, they will receive an on-screen notification confirming that their entry is valid and has been received; or
(b) Which does not comply with these Terms and Conditions of Entry, they will receive an on-screen notification that their entry is invalid;
whichever is applicable in the circumstances.
13. Any costs associated with accessing the Promotion Website from an entrant’s personal computer or device are the entrant’s responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used. Eligible Entrants must submit their entries manually using an internet browser.
14. The Promoters are not responsible for any technical difficulties associated with the entry mechanism.
15. This Promotion is open to Australian residents only.
16. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter the Promotion repeatedly is prohibited and will render entries submitted using such means as invalid.
17. Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable, or incorrect entries are invalid.
18. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoters database, not the time of transmission by the entrant.
19. All entries including words and images submitted by Entrants become the property of the Promoters and may be used in future marketing initiatives at the discretion of the Promoters.
20. Entrants are encouraged to share the Promotion to their own social media networks following their entry, however an Entrant sharing the Promotion does not benefit their entry and will not be considered in the judging process.
VERIFICATION
21. If requested by the Promoters, Eligible Entrants must produce, within the time period requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion, appropriate photo identification or other documentation required by the Promoter to verify their identity, age, eligibility to enter the Promotion and claim the prize (if won) and compliance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry. If the items required by the Promoters are not received or an entrant has not been verified to the satisfaction of the Promoters within the time period required by the Promoter, the entry submitted by the entrant will be deemed as invalid. The prize will only be awarded following all verification requirements of the Promoters being met to their satisfaction.
WINNER DRAWING & PRIZE INFORMATION
22. The draw of all Eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period will take place at MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED (MFC) (ACN 005 686 902) of MCG Great Southern Stand, PO Box 254, East Melbourne, Victoria 8002 (Judging Location) by at least two (2) representatives of the Promoters at 9:00am, montly, on the following dates:
i. Monday June 30 (to randomly draw June’s winner)
ii. Thursday July 31 (to randomly draw July’s winner)
iii. Monday September 1 (to randomly draw August’s winner)
iv. Tuesday September 30 (to randomly draw September’s winner)
v. Friday 31 October (to randomly draw October’s winner)
vi. Monday 1 December (to randomly draw November’s winner)
vii. Friday 19 December (to randomly draw December’s winner)
Lego Australia is a prize sponsor only and is not the promoted or operator of this competition. The LEGO Group is not responsible for the conduct of the promotion, including the selection of winners, entry process, or any other aspect of the promotion. All enquiries regarding the promotion should be directed to Melbourne Football Club. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the LEGO Group excludes any liability arising from or in connection with this promotion, including the use or redemption of the prize.
23. During the Draw, Eligible Entries, which have been submitted in accordance with paragraph 9, will be drawn at random.
24. One Eligible Entrants (Prize Winners) per month will win the following:
i. LEGO® prize pack valued at RRP $150
The Winner has (3) business days to claim their Prize.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
25. The Prize, or components of the Prize, are not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Prize must be taken as offered and may not be varied.
26. In the event that for any reason the Prize Winner does not take an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoters, then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the Prize Winners.
27. Prizes cannot be sold, scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged, or promoted as an incentive or reward by any third party as an inducement for any person or other entity to enter into any commercial or other arrangements with that third party. If the Prize is obtained through any of these methods, it will not be honoured.
28. If more than one person attempts to claim the Prize, the Promoters have sole and absolute discretion to determine which of those persons the winning entrant is.
29. The Promoters accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prizes from the time of creating the Promotion materials.
30. If the Promoters are unable to provide the winners with the nominated Prize, the Promoters reserve the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value to the nominated Prize.
NOTIFICATION OF PRIZE WINNERS
31. The Prize winners will be notified in writing via email on the dates outlined in section 22.
GENERAL
32. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. The Promoter does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times during the Promotion Period.
33. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being run as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, network failure, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoters reserve the right in their absolute discretion to take any action that may be available to them, including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion.
34. Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoters, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism in any way, engages in any unlawful or improper conduct which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the fair or proper conduct of the Promotion, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win.
39. The:
(a) Promoters, the Promoters’ related entities, and all agencies associated with the Promotion; and
shall not be liable for any loss or claim, action, demand, liability, damage, cost, expense or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential loss), incurred, suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation) in connection with, or arising from, the Promotion or the acceptance or use of the Prizes, except that which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).
40. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning or receiving the benefit of the Prizes.
41. The Prize Winners must, at the Promoters request, participate in any Promotion activity (such as publicity and photography) relating to the winning of the Prizes, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoters using their name and image in any future promotional material.
42. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoters reserve the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
43. All database information obtained through the competition will remain with Melbourne Football Club, Limited (ACN 005 686 902) Level 3, Great Southern Stand, Melbourne Cricket Ground, Brunton Avenue, Jolimont, Victoria, Australia
PERSONAL INFORMATION
44. Immediately upon submission by an entrant, their entry becomes the sole property of the Promoters.
45. All information entrants provide (Personal Information) will be used by the Promoters for the purpose of administering this Promotion and contacting and verifying the Prize Winners.
46. Should an entrant's Personal Information change during the Promotion Period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter by contacting the Promoter using the ‘Contact Us’ form on the Online Entry Site.
47. The Promoter may disclose entrants' Personal Information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
48. By participating in this Promotion, entrants consent to the storage of their Personal Information on the database of the Promoters, and the Promoters and agencies engaged by the Promoters using this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding their products and services including contacting entrants via any contact details provided by the entrant without further reference or compensation to the entrant.
49. Entrants may request to update or correct their Personal Information held by the Promoters and / or may request that they not receive further promotional or marketing communications from the Promoters at any time by contacting the Promoters at the address highlighted in Clause 7 or by electing to ‘opt out’ by using the ‘opt out’ function on any marketing materials received.

51. The Promoters are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (The Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012) as well as any other applicable law.
