FC Dallas Small Business Boost presented by United Healthcare
Rules
These eligibility and application rules apply to all businesses wishing to apply for the FC Dallas Small Business Boost presented by United Healthcare.
All applicants for this business grant must be registered to transact business in the State of Texas, and must provide evidence of their being in good standing from the Comptroller of the State of Texas at the time of application.
All applicants must have between five (5) and ninety-nine (99) full time employees at the time of application.
All applicants for this business grant must have their principal office located within seventy-five (75) miles of Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas (located at 9200 World Cup Way, Frisco, Texas 75033)
Any winner of a small business grant under this promotion shall be solely responsible for all tax or other accounting obligations related to receipt of the funds.
All applicants, by virtue of their application, consent to receiving marketing materials from United Healthcare and, to making a senior executive or individual of similar standing reasonable available for a virtual meeting with representatives of United Healthcare.
No grant will be awarded in the event that the winning recipient(s) do not, or cannot, appear, for any reason, in person, at a date and time designated by FC Dallas (will be an FC Dallas home game during the 2025 season), for an on-field public presentation.
All applicants, by virtue of their application, consent to receiving marketing communications from FC Dallas and its affiliates.
All recipients of grants under this promotion grant to FC Dallas, United Healthcare, and their affiliates a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, and freely sub-licensable right to use the name of the recipient business entity and the image (both video and photograph) of any attendee at the official presentation, for promotional and records keeping purposes only. Applicants understand, acknowledge, and agree that FC Dallas and United Healthcare have the right, but not the obligation to use such images.
