1. ELIGIBILITY: The Your Destiny Awaits Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by
Florida Panthers Hockey Club, Ltd. (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents
of Florida over 21 years old (each as “Eligible Person” and, collectively the “Eligible Persons”).
Employees and officers of Sponsor and Sponsor’s parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates,
related entities, advertising agencies, authorized dealers, promotional suppliers, prize providers
(each of the aforementioned entities collectively, with Sponsor and Disney Destinations, LLC,
the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children and
siblings and their spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such
individuals are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Each Eligible Person is limited to one (1) entry and may enter only by
submitting the entry form to be distributed via Sponsor’s official social media accounts, in-game
promotions, e-newsletter, and official website or provided here
https://tradablebits.com/tb_app/519370 . Entries may also be submitted by mailing a 4x6 card to
the Florida Panthers Corporate Partnerships Department, Amerant Bank Arena, 1 Panther
Parkway, Sunrise, FL 33323 with the following information:

5. Sweepstakes.”
The following statement: “This card is my entry into the Your Destiny Awaits
The Sweepstakes shall commence on March 28, 2025, at 12:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, and
the deadline for the Florida Panthers Corporate Partnerships Department to receive all mailed-in
and digital entries for the Sweepstakes is April 11, 2025, at 11:59 p.m., Eastern Standard Time
(“Sweepstakes Time Period”). No entries will be accepted after such time.
3. ODDS OF WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE: One (1) winner (“Winner”) will be selected
from a random drawing of all eligible entries received to receive the “Vacation Package” as
specified in Exhibit A (“Prize”) to be mailed to the Winner’s home address or to be picked up at
the sports and entertainment facility currently known as Amerant Bank Arena (“Facility”), located
at 1 Panther Parkway, Sunrise, FL 33323. The Prize is subject to the rules and regulations as
outlined on Exhibit A. The fair market value of the Prize is $8,492.00 USD, which includes Taxes,
Fees, and Port Expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website). The Winner is responsible
for all other taxes, including, but not limited to, income taxes. The actual value of the Vacation
Package may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if
applicable). If the actual value of the Vacation Package is less than stated fair market value, the
difference will not be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received
during the Sweepstakes Time Period.4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner shall be contacted on or after April 14, 2025. Instructions
for receiving the Prize will be sent to the e-mail address or phone number supplied on entry.
Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail account and phone number for prize
notification and receipt or other communications related to this Sweepstakes. If Winner cannot
be reached by the Sponsor within one (1) day or if the Prize is returned as undeliverable, Winner
shall forfeit the Prize and the Prize will be awarded to an alternate winner, who will be selected
from a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries. Upon the request of the Sponsor,
Winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance
Form, IRS W-9 form, a liability release, and (where legal) a publicity release, all of which must
be returned within the time period specified within such materials. Should a potential winner fail
to comply with any such requirements, that potential winner may be disqualified by Sponsor, in
Sponsor’s sole discretion, and Sponsor may then select an alternate winner.
5. PUBLICITY: By participating, all entrants agree to allow the Sweepstakes Entities to use their
name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless
prohibited by law.
6. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All issues and questions concerning the
construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and
obligations of the entrant and Sponsor or the other Sweepstakes Entities in connection with the
Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of
Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any and all disputes,
claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize
awarded shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate federal or state court located in Broward
County, Florida, and entrants hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such
courts.
Prize will only be awarded and delivered to addresses within the State of Florida. Except as
determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, no substitution of Prize is offered, no transfer of
Prize to a third party is permitted, and Prize may not be redeemed for cash value. Winner will be
solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes arising in connection with the
Prize. All other expenses on the receipt and use of Prize not specifically mentioned herein are
solely the responsibility of the Winner. Any portion of Prize not accepted by Winner will be
awarded to a substitute winner in accordance with Section 4 above. In no event will Sponsor be
liable to award more than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.
7. ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by
these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all
respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor
reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with
the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; or to be acting in any manner deemed by
Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by
Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass
any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER
INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE
LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINALAND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR
RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT
LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any
incorrect or inaccurate registration or entry information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled or
jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or
alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical
malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems,
networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation
of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet, the Application (if
applicable), or any combination thereof; or (e) any injury or damage to participant's or to any
other person's computer or cell phone which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to
participate in the Sweepstakes or download any materials in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason,
the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without
limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud,
technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security,
fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its
sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In
the event of cancellation, a random drawing will be conducted to award the prizes from all
eligible entries received prior to cancellation.
9. RELEASES: All entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release the
Sweepstakes Entities and their respective successors, owners, general and limited partners,
shareholders, members, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and
against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or
losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with: accessing the internet;
submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes; the receipt,
ownership, or use of the Prize awarded; preparing for, participating in, attending, or traveling to
and/or from any prize-related activity; or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules
or the announcement or offering of any prize. The Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to
their Prize after it has been delivered. The Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any
kind concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of the Prize.
By accepting the Prize, Winner agrees for him or herself and for his or her heirs, executors, and
administrators to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and their
respective equity holders, successors, owners, general and limited partners, officers,
shareholders, members, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any
and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs, or expenses, including without limitation
property damages, personal injury, and/or death, arising out of (i) participating in this
Sweepstakes, (ii) the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, (iii) preparing for,
participating in, and/or traveling to or from any Prize-related activity, (iv) claims based on rights
of publicity, rights of privacy, or defamation, or (v) Prize delivery.

Sweepstakes Prize Description
The Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected to receive the “Vacation Package” which shall
consist of the following:
One (1) four (4) or five (5)-night Disney Cruise Line vacation for Winner and up to three (3)
persons, to be taken aboard the Disney Destiny. The Vacation Package is subject to the conditions
set forth below.
Once Winner confirms the exact Vacation Package of either one (1) four (4) or five (5) night cruise
on the Disney Destiny for up to four (4) persons, Winner shall receive:
o One (1) stateroom aboard the Disney Destiny (location/category at the
discretion of Disney) with a maximum occupancy four (4) people;
o Parking for one (1) vehicle(s) at Port Everglades;
o All meals onboard the Disney Destiny (excluding specialty and fine dining);
• Pre-paid onboard gratuities for the stateroom host/hostess, dining room server,
assistant server and head server;
• Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website)
All costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Vacation Package description above are excluded
and solely the responsibility of winner or guests, including but not limited to:
• Shore excursions
• Travel insurance
• Laundry service
• Spa treatments
• Alcoholic and specialty non-alcoholic beverages (including specialty coffee)
• Individually charged snacks and treats (including but not limited to movie popcorn, packaged
candy, ice cream, gelato, pastries, and bar snacks)
• Local and long distance telephone calls
• Ship to shore communications including internet
• Merchandise and souvenirs
• Tips and gratuities not specifically set forth above
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Vacation Package is $8,492.00 which includes
Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website). The actual value
of the Vacation Package may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations of rates and
airfares (if applicable). If the actual value of the Vacation Package is less than stated ARV, the
difference will not be awarded.
Please Note Restriction for the Vacation Package:
• Travel for the Vacation Package must be booked at least forty-five (45) days prior to
the intended travel dates and must occur from December 1, 2025 to December 1, 2026.
If travel is not completed by December 1, 2026, the prize will be forfeited without
compensation of any kind. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s)of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Disney’s sole discretion. Block-out
dates may apply. Vacation dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain
restrictions and block-out dates may apply. Disney reserves the right to change the
allowable travel dates, cruise ship or any other component of the Vacation Package, for
any reason and in its sole discretion. No substitution of Vacation Package or any elements
thereof is allowed, except at Disney’s sole discretion. Ports of call, offerings and
experiences onboard are subject to change, availability and cancellation without notice.

• Vacation Package components may not be sold, traded, transferred, or refunded. Vacation
Package is not redeemable for cash. Vacation Package is non-commissionable.
• Vacation is for the winner and up to three (3) guest(s) of the winner’s choosing. Once
selected by the winner, guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney,
which may be withheld for any reason. If the winner chooses to bring less than the allotted
number of guests, the Vacation Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the
actual number of participants with no substitute Vacation Package or compensation
provided to the winner.
• If Vacation Package includes airfare, the winner and guests must travel together on the
same itinerary, and air transportation must be round-trip from/to the Departure Airport
(with possible layovers). Disney will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole
discretion. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply to air travel. Airline tickets
are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades.
• Actual value of the prize awarded depends on a number of factors, including booking and
travel dates and the number of travelers, and therefore may be lower or higher than the
estimated value at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the prize is less than the
stated estimated value, the difference will not be awarded. The winner will not receive
compensation for any element(s) of the Vacation Package that any participant(s) is unable
to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Vacation Package will be forfeited.
• No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any
flight or cruise (as applicable). Disney is not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if
any component of the Vacation Package is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason
and winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in
Disney’s sole discretion.
• The winner and guests are responsible for providing proper citizenship documentation to
travel which may include passports, valid alien registration card and/or necessary visas.
Those without proper citizenship documentation will be denied boarding. The winner and
each guest are responsible for ensuring that they have proper citizenship documentation.
• The winner and each guest will be required to execute a liability/publicity release and
waiver form prior to booking of any travel. The winner and each guest will also be required
to sign the Disney Cruise Line cruise contract before embarkation (the “Cruise
Contract”). The Cruise Contract is available at www.disneycruise.com/cruisecontract.
Failure to return the executed release form or to accept and sign the Cruise Contract withinthe specified time periods will result in forfeiture of the Vacation Package. winner
acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of their
travel party, related to any use or misuse of the Vacation Package or any related activity or
travel.
• Health and safety measures and operational guidelines, ports of call and offerings may
change at any time without notice. Certain onboard venues, experiences and other offerings
may be modified or unavailable, will have limited capacity and will be subject to limited
availability, advance reservations or even closure.
• In the event the winner and/or guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Disney
in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse,
threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Disney’s health and safety protocols,
rules or policies in effect at the time of the Vacation Package, Disney reserves the right to
terminate the Vacation Package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part,
and send the winner and/or guest(s) home with no further compensation. The winner
acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of
any member of the group.
• Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective
officers, directors agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any
and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions
that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of
the prize and/or the promotion.
• Minors under the age of eighteen (18) not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be
accompanied by an adult over the age of twenty-one (21) in the same stateroom. The parent
or guardian of any minor not traveling with a parent or guardian must appoint an adult to
have custody and control over their minor and to contract on their behalf in connection
with the Vacation Package. An appointment form will be included in the document package
and must be signed by parent or legal guardian prior to embarkation at the Disney Cruise
Line terminal.
• Vacation Package is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied,
being provided by Disney.
• Vacation Package fulfillment is subject to restrictions. Failure to accept the Vacation
Package within the indicated time period may result in forfeiture.
• Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner, who
will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of the Vacation Package, if
valued at $600 or more. The Vacation Package may be subject to applicable withholding
requirements. Prize Winner may receive and be required to sign other tax documents.
• Promoter shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and
withholdings that Promoter deems necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state
and local tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.
