1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not enter.
2. The Promoter is Indian Pacific Limited (trading as West Coast Eagles Football Club) of Mineral Resources Park, 42 Bishopsgate Street, Lathlain, WA, 6100. (ABN 31 009 178 894) (Promoter or West Coast Eagles).
3. The promotion commences at 9am AWST Tuesday, January 21, 2025 and closes at 5pm AWST Friday, February 7 (Promotion Period).
4. Entry is open to any person who:
a. resides in Western Australia;
b. accurately completes the requested details in the Win Your Match Wishlist online entry form at westcoasteagles.com.au during the Promotion Period (Entry) or any other such method of entry that is offered by the Promoter at its absolute discretion;
Failure to comply with any of the above requirements in this clause 4 will automatically render an Entry to be invalid.
5. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Employees and their immediate families, of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter or agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
6. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the promotion database and not at the time of transmission by the Entrant. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure of transmission of any Entry.
7. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
8. Entrants may only enter once during the Promotion Period.
9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who manipulates, or attempts to manipulate, the system.
10. Two (2) separate winners, that complies with all entry requirements, will be selected by the Promoter in accordance with Clause 11 below, to receive the prize, which consists of the following elements:
· Two (2) 2025 Adult 4-Game Multipass memberships valued at $150 each, for a total value of $300 per prize including GST

11.The winners will be the first valid Entries selected by the Promoter at random on Monday February 10, 2025 at Mineral Resources Park that complies with all requirements as set out in these terms and conditions, and will be notified by email on the same day (Winners). The Promoter reserves the right to select reserve entries and record them in the order that they were selected, in case of an invalid or ineligible entrant being selected. For the avoidance of doubt, only one Prize will be awarded.
12.Once two Winners have been selected by the Promoter, no further prizes will be awarded.
13.The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable to another person. The Prize is not able to be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits.
14.The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding the Prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Prize winner may be required to sign any form required by the Promoter including, without limitation, a legal release and indemnity form or a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize.
15.The Winners and their guest are required to comply with any and all reasonable requirements and instructions of the Promoter. Any failure by the Winner, or their guest, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter to comply with its reasonable requirements or instructions may result in forfeiture by the Winner of any part or all of the Prize.
16.The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by any Winner in collecting or using the Prize (or any portion of the Prize) including without limitation postage fees, travel fees or any other fees or charges incurred by the Winner at any time.
17. The Promoter’s decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.
18.The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies (and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents) will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, claim, action, demand, liability, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever, which is suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation), (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any Prize (or part of the Prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permissible by law).
19. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
20. the Prize (or any element of the Prize) may not be sold or offered for resale at a premium (including via-online auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original recipient or any subsequent bearer. If a Prize is sold or used in breach of this condition the Prize may be withdrawn.
21. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to the Promoter using and disclosing the entrant’s personal information for the purposes of conducting the promotion, redeeming the Prizes and any other matter connected to or incidental to this promotion. Entrants consent to their information being used by the Promoter and its related companies for the purposes of carrying out marketing, planning, product development and promotional campaigns in any media including email and SMS.
22. In the event that they are the Winner (or their guest), entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion and for any other purpose at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
23. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Promotion and may disclose the entrants' personal information to third parties including its contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this promotion or providing the Prize, and to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion
24. All personal information provided will be stored and used by the West Coast Eagles in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at www.westcoasteagles.com.au/privacy-policy and may be disclosed by the West Coast Eagles in accordance with the West Coast Eagles Privacy Policy (including for promotional and marketing purposes). By providing personal information, Entrants agree to such use by the West Coast Eagles.

26.Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
