Perth Wildcats – Pink Game Donation
Promoter and Sponsor: This competition is a promotion (Promotion) run by Perth Wildcats Pty Ltd, ABN 16 162 327 077 of 201 Underwood Avenue, Floreat WA 6014, trading as Perth Wildcats (The “Promoter” or “Perth Wildcats”. sponsor of this Promotion is Burswood Nominees Limited (ACN 078 250 307), as trustee for the Burswood Property Trust (ABN 35 491 489 282) (trading as Crown Perth) (also known as Crown Perth) of Great Eastern Highway, Burswood, Western Australia 6100 (the “Sponsor/s”), Metcash Food & Grocery Convenience Division Ltd t/a IGA, ABN: 57 000 226 399, Address: 218 Bannister Road, Canning Vale WA 6155, trading as IGA, (the “Sponsor/s”).
This document, information on prizes and how to enter the Promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions are ineligible.
Participation in the Promotion constitutes the entrant’s unconditional agreement to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to all Western Australian residents and Groups excluding employees of the Promoter and the Sponsor of this Promotion (Entrants).
Entrants must be over the age of sixteen (16) or have permission from their parent/guardian to be eligible to participate in the Competition.
By submitting an entry into this competition entrants consent to receive promotional and other marketing messages from the Promoter and the Sponsor (including messages sent electronically for an unlimited period of time). Entrants will be able to opt-out at any time by following the instructions included in each message sent by the Promoter or the Sponsor (as the case may be).
The Competition Period commences on Friday 27 October 2024 at 12:00am AWST and closes Sunday 17 October 2024 at 11:59pm AWST.
Entry Method: During the Competition Period, entrants must submit a valid entry via the entry page. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Competition Period. One valid entry into the competition constitutes a donation of $10 or more but less than $20. The total number of valid entries will be the total donation sum divisible by $10 and be in a full $10 increments only. For example, at total donation sum of $35 will constitute 3 valid entries.
Entry Limits: No entry limit apply.

The Promoter is not liable for late, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted or delayed entries, claims or correspondence due to error, omission, tampering, theft, destruction, communications failure or otherwise.
Winner Selection: All valid entries will be included in the Draw, which will be drawn within twenty-four (24) hours following the Promotion Period end time. The Draw will be undertaken using a random number generator.
Prize Details:
First Prize – Crown - 1 night in a Premier Club Suite at Crown Towers, including Crystal Club access for two and valet parking.
Third Prize – 4 Seat Corporate Box – 1x 4-Seat Corporate Box to a 2024/25 Perth Wildcats Home Game. Catering Included. Home game is subject to availability.
Third Prize – IGA - $500 IGA Gift Card
Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted within 5 business days from the end of the Competition Period by the Promoter to claim their prize.
Should the winner not communicate with the Promoter within 48 hours of being notified the Prize will be relinquished and Perth Wildcats reserve the right to draw another winner.
All expenses other than those expressly referred to in these Terms and Conditions will be at the winner’s cost. The Promoter will not be liable for the failure of the winner to meet any deadlines or cancellations. No cash or other prize will be awarded if the winner or a companion of the winner cancels for any reason.
Entrants consent to the Promoter and Sponsor using their name, likeness, image and/or voice, in the event that they are a winner of any of the Prizes for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting the Promotion.
The Prize components may alter at the discretion of the Promoter.
All Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If for any reason the winner does not take an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the Prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provide proof of identity prior to awarding the Prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The winner may be required to sign any form required by the Promoter including without limitation a legal release and indemnity form or a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the Prize.
Unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, if a Prize or any element of a Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Sponsor may substitute that Prize or element of that Prize for another item of equal or higher values as determined by the Promoter, subject to the approval of the Wagering and Gaming Commission of Western Australia, if required. The Prize may not be sold or offered for resale at a premium or used for advertising or other commercial purposes (including competition and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original recipient or any subsequent bearer.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
If, for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including in respect of the awarding and/or use of any Prize by a winner), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available to it, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss which is suffered or incurred as a result of any such action, cancellation, termination, modification or suspension.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Promotion or accepting or using any Prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes, modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Subject to being granted approval by the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions, including to address any misinterpretation, misinformation or misunderstanding that may arise in the application of these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a dispute relating to the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the Promoter is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter may collect Entrant’s personal information, including name and contact details for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, including publicising results of the Promotion. Uses may also include future promotion, marketing and publicity. The Promoter may disclose this information to an associated entity or other companies acting on the Promoter’s behalf which include those located overseas in accordance with the Perth Wildcats Privacy Policy. By entering the Promotion, unless otherwise advised by the Entrant, each Entrant consents to the retention and use of their information in this manner.
The Promoter will hold any Entrants’ personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.wildcats.com.au/pages/privacy-policy. Perth Wildcats’ Privacy Policy contains information about how individuals may access or correct personal information or make a privacy related complaint.
The entry page will provide Entrants with the ability to ‘opt in’ to share data (including personal information) with, and consent to receive direct communications from, the Sponsor. This data may include the Entrant’s responses to any survey questions. By entering this Promotion the Entrant acknowledges that all personal information it consents to share with the Sponsor in connection with this Promotion will be used and may be disclosed by the Sponsor (including for promotional and marketing purposes) in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.iga.com.au/privacy/
