Melbourne United Basketball and Beaumont Tiles Memory Match Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Promoters

3.1 Entry is open to all Australian residents of any age but if you are under 18 see 3.2
3.2 Entrants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian to participate. Should an entrant under 18 years of age win the major prize, Melbourne United will confirm with the winner’s parent or guardian their willingness to accept the prize before it being awarded, as the prize does not include labour
3.3 Employees and immediate family members of the promoters, their subsidiaries, and affiliated companies are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:
a. Play the Beaumont Tiles Memory Match game during either of the promotional periods.
b. Match all tiles in the quickest time possible.
c. Include in 25 words or less why you want to win.
d. Complete and submit the entry form, with their details and recorded game time.
5. Prize
5.1 Major Prize:
a. One (1) winner will be picked from the top 50 fastest times across both promotional periods, the information supplied within the 25 words or less field will be judged by both promoters to decide a winner, receiving a $5,000 Beaumont Tiles voucher.
b. The voucher must be redeemed at a nominated Beaumont Tiles store and entitles the winner to tiles, hard flooring, and bathroom-ware up to the value of $5,000 (full RRP, including GST). Goods only provided, no labour or services included.
c. Beaumont Tiles will cover freight to any Metropolitan Area in Australia, and within our usual regional areas. If you live outside of these areas, you will incur the additional freight charge.
5.2 Voucher Conditions:
a. The voucher must be exchanged for the full RRP value of goods, including GST.
b. Only in-stock items are eligible; no special orders are allowed.
c. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or sale.
d. The voucher cannot be sold, transferred, or advertised for sale. It is intended for use by the initial recipient only and will be rejected if not used in accordance with Beaumont Tiles policy.
e. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
f. Usual sales and refund policies apply, as outlined at Beaumont Tiles Delivery and Returns.
g. The voucher cannot be used with credit, and no change will be given. It must be used in its entirety.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winner will be selected from the entrants with the top 50 fastest times at the end of Promotional Period 2.
6.2 The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of the end of Promotional Period 2.
6.3 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, a re-draw will be conducted, and the prize will be awarded to the new winner.
6.4 The winner’s name and image may be shared on the promoters' social media channels in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. Data Sharing and Privacy
7.1 By entering the competition, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal data by the promoters for the purpose of administering the competition and for marketing purposes.
7.2 The collected data will be shared with both Melbourne United Basketball and Beaumont Tiles.
7.3 Entrants may opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in the communications received.
8. General Conditions
8.1 The promoters reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition if circumstances arise that are outside of their control.
8.2 The promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.3 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
9. Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the promoters and their related entities shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of the competition or in connection with the prize.
