The West Coast Eagles Soar program fosters the development of skills, knowledge and strategies for adolescent girls to become the best versions of themselves.

The program comprises of four interactive modules and is delivered free to schools and community groups.

Module 1
Healthy Food Relationship:
Nutrition and Recovery

Module 2
Training for Elite Performance

Module 3
Overcoming the Female Q Angle:
Athletic Movement and Injury Prevention

Module 4
Body Image + Impact of Menstrual Cycle on Performance

Soar modules are aligned with curriculum standards for Year 10-12 girls. Workshops run for 45-60 minutes however can be adapted to suit individual school needs.


Participating schools will receive West Coast Eagles giveaways and the chance to enter in our major prize draws with the completion of the feedback survey.
