Eligibility: Open to only those who sign up for the sweepstakes and who are 21 or older as of the date of entry. The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of Arizona and is void where prohibited by law. The following restrictions apply. Gila River Resorts & Casinos marketing team members, their immediate family (father, mother, sister, brother, spouse, children, grandparents, aunt & uncle) and household members of Marketing Team Members, and GRGE team members are excluded from participation in Promotions, Lotteries, and Tournaments.
The National Football League (the “NFL”), its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties, LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions LLC, NFL International LLC (collectively, the “NFL Entities”), and their affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, partners and members of the immediate families (defined for these purposes as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate.
How to Enter: Guests can be entered into the giveaway by filling out an online entry form through the Tradable Bits platform by visiting https://tradablebits.com/tb_app/513735. Entry forms can be submitted beginning at 12:01AM MST, November 18, 2024 - 11:59PM MST on December 15, 2024. By filling out the online form, guests will receive one (1) entry for prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Gila River Resorts & Casinos. Limit one entry per person. More than one form entry can be submitted but will still count as one (1) entry. Guests may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If a guest uses fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules their submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Gila River Resorts & Casinos.
Prizes: Two (2) winners will receive a (2) two-night resort stay at Vee Quiva ($400), two (2) tickets to the San Francisco 49ers at Arizona Cardinals game ($800) on Saturday, January 4, 2025 or Sunday, January 5, 2025 (TBD), stadium parking, lunch at Morgan Athletic Club, meet & greet with Big Red and Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders, and an on-field pre-game experience. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Gila River Resorts & Casinos to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random through the Tradable Bits platform. A member of the Marketing team will contact the winners. Winners must provide a valid photo I.D and Players Club Card. Failure to claim the prize within seven (7) days will result in forfeit and another winner will be selected. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SOLE DISCRETION OF GILA RIVER RESORTS & CASINOS) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
Rights granted by you: By entering this sweepstake you understand that Gila River Resorts & Casinos, anyone acting on behalf of Gila River Resorts & Casinos, or their respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
Rules: The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions LLC, and NFL International LLC, NFL Players Association, NFL Players Incorporated and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the awarding of the prize. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way.
Additional Terms: By accepting prizes, winners agree that GRGE, their affiliates and agents, will have no liability and will be held harmless by winners for any liability, loss, injury or damage to property or to person, due in whole or in part, directly, or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes or participation in this giveaway event. All winners shall be responsible for payment of any applicable taxes, licenses, registrations, or other imposed fees, on prize(s) won. Winners will be subject to all applicable taxes before release of prize, including back-up withholding if necessary. By participation in the giveaway event, winners consent to the use of their names and/or likenesses for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Participants agree that the decisions of GRGE related to this giveaway event and all drawings are final. Patron disputes, in which there is a refusal of paid winnings involving at least $500.00 will be referred to the Tribal Gaming Office (TGO) in compliance with the Compact and Gaming Ordinance. In the event of a procedural dispute, the decision of a Gila River Gaming Enterprise management staff shall be final. Management reserves the right to alter, amend, edit or withdraw this giveaway at any time, without prior notice (subject to prior approval from the TGO). Management reserves the right distribute gifts from existing inventory. Management reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to discredit the integrity of the giveaway through abuse, fraud or other exploitation of the official rules. GRGE reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify from this and/or future giveaways any individual found to be tampering with, or attempting to defraud, the entry process or the operation of the giveaway event; to be acting in violation of these rules; or to be acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
