TERMS AND CONDITIONS
V Big Coast Energy Moment of the Month
Friday 11 April 2025 to Wednesday 30 April 2025
1. General
1.1. Information on how to enter and on the prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not enter.
1.2. The Promoter is Indian Pacific Limited (ABN 31 009 178 894) (trading as West Coast Eagles Football Club) of Mineral Resources Park, 42 Bishopsgate Street, Lathlain, WA, 6100. (Promoter or West Coast Eagles).
1.3. The Sponsor is FRUCOR SUNTORY AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (trading as V-Energy) (ABN 73 060 091 536) of Level 2/5 George St, North Strathfield, NSW, 2137 (‘Sponsor’)
2. Entry
2.1. The competition commences at 9:00am AWST on Friday 11 April 9, 2025, and close at 9:00am AWST on Wednesday April 30, 2025 (Promotion Period).
2.2. During the Promotion Period, entry is open to individuals over the age of 18 years who:
a. reside in Western Australia;
b. accurately fills in all of the required data fields in the V Big Coast Entry Moment of the Month competition at westcoasteagles.com.au (Entry or Entries); and
c. can attend the West Coast Eagles 2025 Round 24 match against the Sydney Swans at Optus Stadium (Match),
(Eligible Entrant).
2.3. Failure to comply with any of the above requirements in clause 2.2 will automatically render an Entry to be invalid.
2.4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
2.5. Employees and their immediate families, of the Promoter or the Sponsor, related companies of the Promoter or the Sponsor or agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
2.6. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the competition database and not at the time of transmission by the Entrant. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure of transmission of any Entry.
2.7. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
2.8. There is a limit of one Entry per person.
2.9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who manipulates, or attempts to manipulate, the system.
3. Winning:
3.1. The winner will be the first Eligible Entrant drawn at random using an online number generator, that has selected the applicable moment of the month that is deemed by the majority of Entries to be the most popular (Winner);
3.2. The draw will take place at Mineral Resources Park, 42 Bishopsgate Street, Lathlain WA on the Thursday 1 May, 2025 at 9.30am AWST;
3.3. The Winner will be notified by phone and/or email by the Sponsor or the Promoter on the same day as the draw
3.4. The Promoter and the Sponsor reserves the right to select reserve entries and record them in the order in which they were drawn, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant being selected. For the avoidance of doubt, only one Prize will be awarded.
3.5. all reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Winner. If the Winner cannot be contacted [within 10 Business Days after the applicable judging date and time, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will begin the process of contacting the reserve winners who will then become the Winner.
3.6. Once one Winner has been selected and contacted, no further prizes will be awarded.
3.7. The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
4. Prize
4.1. The Winner will receive Two (2) tickets in a Suite to the WCE Round 24 Match of the 2025 Toyota AFL Season, to be held at Optus Stadium on a date and time yet to be determined by the AFL (Prize).
4.2. The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable to another date or person if the Winner is unavailable to attend the Match. The Prize is not able to be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits. Should the Winner be found to not meet the entry requirements the prize may be forfeited at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
4.3. the Prize (or any element of the Prize) may not be sold or offered for resale at a premium (including via-online auction sites) or used for advertising, competition or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original recipient or any subsequent bearer. If a Prize is sold or used in breach of this condition the Prize may be withdrawn at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
4.4. The total prize value for this competition is $1,220.00 (ex GST).
5. Risk, Liability and Conduct
5.1. The Promoter reserves the right to request that the Winner provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding the Prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Winner and their guest may be required to sign any form required by the Promoter including, without limitation, a legal release and indemnity form or a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the Prize.
5.2. The Winner and their guest are required to comply with any and all reasonable requirements and instructions of the Promoter and the Sponsor, and/or the AFL.
5.3. Any failure by the Winner, or their guest, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter to comply with its reasonable requirements or instructions may result in forfeiture by the Winner of any part or all of the Prize.
5.4. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by the Winner (or their guest) in collecting or using the Prize (or any portion of the Prize) including without limitation any damage incurred to the Prize after it has been awarded, or travel costs to obtain the Prize or attend the Match.

5.6. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies (and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents) will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, claim, action, demand, liability, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever, which is suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation), (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any Prize (or part of the Prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permissible by law).
5.7. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition , the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition .
5.8. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
6. Your Information
6.1. The Promoter collects personal information about all entrants, whether Eligible Entrants or not, to enable them to participate in this competition, and for any other matter connected to or incidental to this purpose, and the Promoter may disclose the personal information to third parties including the Sponsor, or the Promoters contractors and agents, suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this competition or providing the Prize. By registering their interest, entrants agree to the Promoter using and disclosing their personal information for these purposes. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter the competition.
6.2. The Winner (and their guests) consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Competition, the Match or the relationship with the Sponsor, or for any other related purpose at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
6.3. The entry form will provide entrants with the ability to ‘opt in’ to share and to allow the Promoter to use data. If consent is provided, personal information will be used and may be disclosed by the Promoter for the purposes of carrying out marketing, planning, product development and competition campaigns in any media. By opting in to provide personal information, the entrant (whether an Eligible Entrant or not) agrees to such use by the Promoter.
6.4. All personal information provided will be stored, used and may be disclosed by the West Coast Eagles in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at www.westcoasteagles.com.au/privacy-policy.
