United Faithful vs The Ant Army Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Promoters
1.1 The promoters of this competition are:
- Melbourne United Basketball
- Tasmania JackJumpers
2. Competition Name
2.1 This competition is titled United Faithful vs The Ant Army.
3. Competition Period
3.1 The competition begins at 12:00 PM AEDT on Thursday, 30th January 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on Sunday, 2nd February 2025 (“Competition Period”).
4. Eligibility
4.1 Entry is open to all Australian residents.
4.2 Employees and immediate family members of the promoters, their subsidiaries, and affiliated companies are not eligible to enter.
5. How to Enter
5.1 To enter the competition, participants must:
a. Visit the competition link: https://tradablebits.com/tb_app/518201.
b. Vote for their preferred fan base (United Faithful or The Ant Army) during the Competition Period.
5.2 Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be disqualified at the discretion of the promoters.
6. Prizes
6.1 There are two prizes, each consisting of a $100 merchandise voucher.
a. One (1) $100 merchandise voucher will be awarded to a winner from the Melbourne United fan base ("United Faithful").
b. One (1) $100 merchandise voucher will be awarded to a winner from the Tasmania JackJumpers fan base ("The Ant Army").
6.2 Each voucher is valued at AUD $100.00 and is redeemable exclusively through the respective Club’s merchandise store.
6.3 The vouchers are subject to each Club's respective terms and conditions of use.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
7.1 At the conclusion of the Competition Period, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from each fan base.
7.2 Winners will be notified by their preferred Club (Melbourne United or Tasmania JackJumpers) via email or phone on Monday, 3rd February 2025.
7.3 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 7 days of notification, a re-draw may be conducted, and the prize will be awarded to a new winner.
8. Prize Delivery
8.1 Each winner’s respective Club will arrange the delivery of the merchandise voucher via email or post, as agreed with the winner.
9. General Conditions
9.1 The promoters reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition if circumstances arise that are outside of their control.
9.2 The promoters’ decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.3 The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
10. Data Sharing and Privacy
10.1 By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data by the promoters for the purpose of administering the competition.
10.2 Entrants' data will be shared exclusively with the promoter associated with their fan base for the purposes of prize distribution and future marketing communications, where consent has been provided.
10.3 Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in the communications received.
11. Liability
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the promoters and their related entities shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of the competition or in connection with the prize.
