Voting closes on September 30, 2024. Voting is open to individual Canadian residents only, and who have reached the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Participants may vote once per 24 hour period per account used. No purchase, or donation, necessary. Notwithstanding, individuals may be prompted whether they would like to make a donation to OSEG Foundation. Individuals who make a donation to OSEG Foundation of $10 CAD or more will be eligible for an additional 10 votes per 24 hour period. Notwithstanding, participants acknowledge that any such donation is entirely voluntary and does not entitle the donor to any prize or other consideration. Donations are eligible for a tax receipt upon request. Any attempt or suspected attempt to use robotic, automatic, programmed, or otherwise, illicit means to vote or any other unauthorized methods, including, for example, creating multiple accounts, shall be deemed as tampering and may disqualify you from participating in this or future promotions. Voting results are not determinative of ultimate award and OSEG Foundation reserves the right to award the grant in its sole and absolute discretion, as well as the right to cancel, suspend, withdraw or amend this grant in any way in the event of an error, technical problem, tampering, unauthorized intervention, etc. that interferes with the proper conduct of this activity. Donations are non-refundable. Any award is subject to the potential recipient entering into a written, negotiated, agreement with OSEG Foundation.
