GOAL

Lush's digital team wanted to work with fans to raise awareness for a new line of products and the launch of their new LUSH mobile app.

SOLUTION

Combining live video and social aggregation (Stream), they created an entirely real-time experience for fans inside their popup Chicago Lush shop. They live streamed the entire launch of their new product line and their exciting new app (complete with Shoppable Social). They displayed tweets and Instagram posts in real-time on a massive Stream screen in the popup shop so they could see the online conversation. They even incorporated the best posts into the live video feed! This not only connected the humans behind Lush Cosmetics with the fans that love them, but it also resulted in massive online engagement for the brand.
